Astrophotography Books

Not such an extensive page as others but my guess is that this page is quite useful.

I have two books which you find on this page.
Sometimes books are better than pages on your laptop or (i)Pad. Personal preference of course.

This is my goto. book AstrophotographyThis book has a clear structure and very nice layout. The subjects are logically ordered and very well explained. I am not blanc, I have a lot of knowledge and that makes understanding this very complex world of astrophotography a little bit easier.

This book is more extensive, book The Astrophotography Manualor at least it is much thicker though slightly smaller. My copy is a 2nd edition series but I don't have a pressing date. Why is this important? Well, all the way up to page 80 is ok but... the next page is the last one namely 432 and it then goes backward... I got this book as a gift and found out weeks later. Guess as it is a misprint that I could somehow change it for a correct printed copy but... well I just didn't for no apparent reason. I don't like the layout. That is a totally personal problem but a real one.

This is not a hardcopy book but a PDF about astrophotography by Geert Vandenbulcke. He is Belgian so the text is in Dutch.

Best read at a computer or (i)Pad screen
